Gemma 4 31Bq4_0llama.cpp (ROCm)11.2869.53 @ 8,192-token prompt
est. TTFT @8k ≈ 118 s (calculated from measured prefill)
context: 128-token input📏 Decode at 128-token input, no speculative decoding; 8.56 at 32K and 5.0 at 128K input (128K TTFT 10,312 s); the 256K run failed

Prompt processing = prefill speed (how fast the prompt is read) as reported by the source, with the prompt length it was measured at; blank = the source does not report it. est. TTFT @8k is calculated from the measured prefill speed (8,192 ÷ prefill tok/s), shown only when prefill was measured on a prompt of 512+ tokens. It is not a measurement and ignores load time and caching. measured TTFT is the source's own time-to-first-token. Why prefill matters for coding assistants.

Vendor lab measurements (GEEKOM tests its own A9 Mega; disclosed by the vendor), published 24 Oct 2026 with every record and launch command (CC BY 4.0 dataset). Qwen rows use MTP speculative decoding, so they are not comparable with plain decode. The 64 GB 388 cannot load Qwen3.8 Flash-Next alone; split across two 388 units over llama.cpp RPC it decoded at 30.76 tok/s (128-token input), with no speed gain from a third node. Sub-Q4 DeepSeek V4 Flash (UD-Q2_K_XL) runs from the same set are not listed.
